Cancellation Policy
Hook & Ladder Booking Policy We’re excited to welcome you! To make sure your visit runs smoothly, here’s how our bookings work: 1. Securing Your Spot Book online or give us a call - your booking is confirmed once you receive a confirmation email or text. 2. Deposits Some services may require a deposit. Don’t worry - it goes straight toward your final bill. 3. Changing Your Plans Life happens! If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance so we can offer your spot to someone else. 4. Running Late? We’ll hold your table for 15 minutes after your booking time. If you’re running later than that, give us a quick call - we’ll do our best to make it work. 5. No-Shows If you can’t make it and don’t let us know, a no-show fee may apply before you can book again. 6. Special Requests Celebrating something? Need specific seating? Let us know when booking and we’ll try our best to make it happen.
