Service Description
From being a proud member of our community and helping locals with their drain issues, we have found that some retro fitted cottages have poor drainage quality. From undersized piping, no venting(which helps with proper drainage) and even pipes sloping the wrong way! You may get away with it for a little bit, but what happens is that your drains will get clogged, and you will have to call someone to snake or jet your drains. This is all avoidable! If you are having constant issues, give us a call or book a free assessment.
Cancellation Policy
Hook & Ladder Booking Policy We’re excited to welcome you! To make sure your visit runs smoothly, here’s how our bookings work: 1. Securing Your Spot Book online or give us a call - your booking is confirmed once you receive a confirmation email or text. 2. Deposits Some services may require a deposit. Don’t worry - it goes straight toward your final bill. 3. Changing Your Plans Life happens! If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance so we can offer your spot to someone else. 4. Running Late? We’ll hold your table for 15 minutes after your booking time. If you’re running later than that, give us a quick call - we’ll do our best to make it work. 5. No-Shows If you can’t make it and don’t let us know, a no-show fee may apply before you can book again. 6. Special Requests Celebrating something? Need specific seating? Let us know when booking and we’ll try our best to make it happen.
